First Baptist Church, Hawkinsville, GA is searching for a Full-time Administrative Assistant. This position provides organized church office administration, maintains accurate records, and clear communication with church members and the community. The position includes coordinating the functions of the church office, greeting/interacting with individuals who contact the church during the week, and providing administrative support to the staff, teams, committees, and members of First Baptist Church.
Qualifications and/or requirements include a familiarity with Microsoft Office, database programs, or other similar platforms; good organizational skills and budget management, with the ability to work independently; strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills; professional phone skills; and strong attention to detail. The ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality is a must. The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check.
